This course may suit you if you don't need a full antenatal education, but would like to learn or refresh on hypnobirthing and / or some areas of labour and birth.

 

As the course is private, it can be tailored to your personal situation and circumstances. All courses include hypnobirthing MP3s and printed and digital course materials to refer back to.
